A dog drew blood after biting a woman on her leg.

Suffolk Police are attempting to trace the owners of the dog after the incident in Oulton Broad earlier this month.

At around 5pm on Friday, June 7, the woman was walking through Bonds Meadow Nature Reserve when a small grey French bulldog bit her calf.

The dog was wearing a harness and a lead, and was being restrained by a man and a woman, who apologised before walking away.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone with information about the identity of the dog and its owners, is urged to contact officers at Suffolk Police on 101, quoting crime reference 37/34334/19.
