Seven people are under investigation on suspicion of being involved in drug dealing in King’s Lynn.

They were rounded up after police raided three addresses in the town.

Officers swooped on three properties on Friday, November 10, after obtaining warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act to search them.

The swoop was made public on social media today, when officers tweeted pictures of herbal cannabis and other substances seized at the properties.

The seven who were arrested in the operation have not yet been named.

Police operating under the banner of Operation Gravity have made more than 300 arrests across Norfolk after drug crime was made a priority late last year.

Last week a new “ring of steel” was revealed in Norwich, code-named Moonshot City. It consist of ANPR cameras which will scan the streets for vehicles linked to drugs.
