Police say they are still investigating the circumstances surrounding a fire which destroyed builders' equipment worth £100,000.
Awoken by a "loud bang" in the early hours of April 29, residents at The Pastures on Woods Meadow housing estate in Oulton saw that a storage site was well alight.
They were subsequently evacuated from their homes as three fire crews dealt with the blaze on the corner of Lime Avenue and Farrer Drive, but equipment including a telehandler had already been destroyed.
Andrew Oldman - managing director of Oldman Homes, which is overseeing the work - said the telehandler was worth £50,000 and other equipment adding up to a similar sum had also been lost.
More than three weeks later, police say "enquiries are ongoing" as they look to find those responsible for the fire which is thought to have been started deliberately.
Anyone who has relevant information or saw any suspicious activity in the area is asked to call Suffolk Constabulary on 101.
