An Attleborough man has been taken to hospital after four men wearing balaclavas broke into his home and attacked him.
The incident happened on Saturday, March 14 between 2am and 6am at an address on Queens Road, after four men gained access to the property.
The man received bruises and cuts from what is believed to be a small knife and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor injuries.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Constabulary said that it is not believed that the offenders knew the victim.
The men were said to have been wearing dark clothing and gloves and their faces were covered by balaclavas.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information concerning it and should contact DC Lee Hall at Norwich CID on 101.
