Police arrested a 33-year-old man after carrying out a drugs warrant in Norwich.
Officers searched a flat in Peterkin Road in Tuckswood yesterday and seized a large quantity of herbal cannabis, drug paraphernalia and cash.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug and taken for questioning.
He has been released on bail until July while officers continue with their enquiries.
PC Sally Hammerton said: 'Illegal drug activity will not be tolerated in our communities and action to identify those responsible will continue.'
