Four men and a teenage boy have been charged in relation to an incident of hare coursing in Barnham.
The five suspects were arrested on at 11am on July 31 after reports of people believed to be hunting with dogs in a field close to Bury Road.
All five have been charged with daytime trespass by five or more in pursuit of game. Their details are as follows:
Tony Baker, aged 21, of Butts Field, Hailsham, East Sussex; Abraham Baker, aged 22, of Ridgeway, Dartford, Kent; Tommylee Beaney, aged 18, of West Wood Road, Stockbury, Sittingbourne, Kent; Obie Harber, aged 21, of Bletchenden Road, Headcorn, Ashford, Kent; and a 16-year-old boy, from near Ashford, Kent, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
They have all been released on police bail to appear at West Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Monday 7 September.
