A man has been charged with the burglary of two cars and an attempted burglary at a supermarket.
The charge follows a burglary in Gisleham on May 16, when the keys to a BMW X5 and a Range Rover Sport were taken and the vehicles themselves were subsequently stolen.
An attempted burglary also took place on July 6 at the Aldi store on Millennium Way in Lowestoft.
Jeffrey McKeown, of Hillside Road East in Bungay, was arrested on July 13 and interviewed at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre. The 31-year-old was subsequently charged the following day with one count of burglary and one count of attempted burglary.
McKeown appeared at Ipswich Magistrates' Court yesterday, July 16, and was remanded to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on August 13.
