Police are hunting for a man who shouted abuse at a motorist after he got stuck behind the barriers in a Norwich shopping centre car park.
The victim, a man in his 20s, got stuck at the barriers in Chapelfield car park for around five minutes.
When the victim drove up the hill to Chapelfield Road, a vehicle described as a black Range Rover accelerated hard behind him, flashing the headlights and beeping the horn. A man described as white and wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and glasses got out of vehicle, approached the victim's window and then shouted abuse at him.
Witnesses to the incident, which happened between 4.40pm and 4.50pm on Saturday, November 29, should call 101.
