A pizza delivery driver who was stopped by police in Norwich after he turned off lights had no licence or insurance.
Officers from the Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing Team spotted the driver on Dereham Road at about 6.30pm on Sunday (February 11).
The driver turned off his lights and turned into Canterbury Place but was followed by officers.
When stopped by officers the driver, who tried to give false details, was found to have no licence or insurance.
He was reported for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and for having no insurance.
The car was seized.
Following the stop police tweeted: 'You can't pull the pepperoni over @NSRoadsPolicing eyes. This pizza delivery driver stopped with no licence or insurance! Tried to lose police by turning lights off and giving false details after he went down dead end. Dough! #79/923'.
