A 46-year-old man wanted on recall to prison has been arrested.
Officers issued an appeal last month after Michael Dyer, of no fixed address, breached the terms of his licence.
He was arrested on Wednesday morning and was taken into police custody.
He has subsequently been charged in connection with three counts of theft, one count of attempted theft, one count of driving without a licence and one count of driving without insurance. All charges relate to offences committed last month in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Dyer was remanded in custody and was due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court today.
