A Suffolk fire and rescue crew from Bungay were called out to a tree on fire on Wednesday evening.
The crew were called to Park Road, in South Elmham St Cross, and had to fell the tree before tackling the blaze using nearby open water.
They were called at 6.15pm and had returned to base by 8.15pm.
