There are delays in Norwich this morning following an accident involving a car and a push bike.
Police have partially blocked off a section of Kett's Hill at the A147 Barrack Street junction.
A police spokesman said the incident took place shortly before 7am this morning.
While initial reports suggest there have been no serious injuries, an ambulance has been called to the scene.
There are also heavy delays on the A140 in both directions in Thornham Magna because of a broken down vehicle between the Workhouse Road and the Castleton Way junctions.
