Two vans have been involved in a head-on crash on the A47.
The accident happened at the Hockering, near Dereham, at about 4.15pm today.
Firefighters, police and ambulance crews have attended the scene.
Emergency services are still in attendance but it is believed there are no serious injuries. An East of England Ambulance spokesman said there were three patients.
Motorists have been warned of delays.
