Coastguard rescue officers were called out to assist with a search for a missing person.
The teams from HM Coastguard Lowestoft and Southwold were alerted at 10.15pm on Sunday evening (July 23) following reports of a missing person in the Southwold and Walberswick area.
A spokesman for the coastguards said: 'The Lowestoft and Southwold team were paged by Humber Coastguard Operations Centre, along with Aldeburgh Coastguard Rescue Team, to reports of a high risk missing person.
'As the team were just arriving into the area the news come through that the missing person had been located by Suffolk police. The team were therefore stood down and returned to station.'
