Nursery youngsters in Norwich treated care home residents to Easter-themed cards and crafts.
The three and four-year-old children at City College Norwich Nursery visited Laurel Lodge Care Home on Friday.
They handed out Easter cards, along with decorated paper flowers, before singing seasonal songs.
The visit continues links between the two, with staff from both settings saying the interactions benefit both groups.
Lesley Barber, nursery manager at City College Norwich Nursery, said: 'We feel the experience enhances the children's early learning and social development while boosting their confidence.
'Some of the children may not have grandparents living nearby so it is lovely for them to have this contact, as well as benefiting the residents who enjoy seeing the children and hearing their laughter. It is wonderful to see the generations enjoying each other's company and we hope to continue our visits for many years to come.'
