A large quantity of cigarettes was stolen from a petrol station in Attleborough during the early hours of this morning.

The garage on Exchange Street was broken into between midnight and 3am.

Police investigating the burglary say they are particularly keen to trace two men in dark clothing who were seen acting suspiciously in the area.

It is believed they may have also been carrying a pink duvet or blanket.

Anyone who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity should contact Thetford CID on 101.
