Child suffers fracture after being hit by a car on Reepham Road in Hellesdon

A girl has been taken to hospital this morning, after being hit by a car on Reepham Road in Hellesdon this morning.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene just before 8:50am, causing the road the be blocked in both directions.
The girl, believed to be around five years old, suffered a fractured leg and was treated by paramedics on scene.
She has since been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.
