A chief nurse with a 'proven track record of improving patient care' is joining the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT).
Diane Hull, who arrives with 30 years' experience, will look to enhance the safety and experience of the region's patients when accessing care, when she arrives from her current role at the Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust.
In her previous role Ms Hull helped to move the trust away from a rating of 'requires improvement' to 'good', with an 'outstanding' rating in the caring domain.
Ms Hull said: 'I am completely patient-focused and want to hear from as many different patient groups, carers, staff and communities as possible so that we can really understand what they feel we are doing well and where we could further improve.
'They are the experts and its vital we listen to them.'
