The public have spoken and the results are in - intu Chapelfield have announced the winners of their 2017 Retailer Awards.
Winners were revealed at a ceremony hosted by Radio Norfolk presenter Chrissie Jackson at OPEN on September 13.
The awards aim to reward those shops, cafes and restaurants offering the best customer experience.
Members of the public voted across 11 categories, including Retailer of the Year and Health & Beuaty.
House of Fraser scooped a double win, claiming trophies for Women's Retailer of the Year and Men's Retailer of the Year.
John Higginbottom, general manager at House of Fraser said: 'It feels absolutely amazing to win, I am so proud!'
John, who was named Store Manager of the Year in 2016, handed over his title to this year's winner Teresa Balfour, manager of H&M.
Sheridan Smith, marketing manager at intu Chapelfield said: 'We want to thank our customers for voting in this year's awards.
'More than 26,000 votes were cast; deciding which stores deserved recognition for delivering fantastic customer experience.
'Many stores, cafes and restaurants retained their titles proving they consistently delight their customers. Equally, it was great to see some new names on our winners' list.'
She added: 'Congratulations to our winners and finalists, and thank you to Chrissie Jackson, for making it a really exciting night.'
