A seriously injured person had to be airlifted to hospital after a car crashed into a tree near the RAF Coltishall base.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the B1150 in Sco Ruston at 4.35pm today.
The first casualty had to be cut out of the wreckage, was believed to have a fractured leg and pelvis, as well as chest and abdominal injuries, and was airlifted from the scene to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. The second case was thought to be less critical, and was also taken to the hospital by ambulance.
