Firefighters had to cut people free from a car following a crash on the A11 in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Crews from East Harling and Attleborough were called to reports of a crash on the Thetford bound carriageway of the A11 at Roudham at 2.15am.
Firefighters administered casualty care and helped make the scene safe before those trapped were cut free using hydraulic rescue equipment.
