Time is running out for your chance to receive a slice of a funds designed to support existing or new groups for carers.

Norfolk Carers - which provides help and guidance - has grants of up to £500 available for new groups, or £300 for groups already up and running.

But applications must be in before June 30 and the group must have at least six carers over the age 16, with half of the regular members as current carers. Carers' groups must also provide one or more of the following to its members; information, outings, training, advice, leisure, activities to promote carers' health and wellbeing, sporting activities and peer support.
