A Bowthorpe home was attacked by an arsonist in the early hours of yesterday morning.
It is believed someone threw a burning object at the on home Montgomery Close just after midnight causing damage to the front door and a nearby car.
No-one was injured but officers are keen to speak to anyone with any information.
A 40-year-old Norwich man has been arrested in connection with the incident. He has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
