A brewery has joined forces with the Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia (UEA) to encourage undergraduates to gain skills to enhance their future employability.
Teams of second-year students competed for the Adnams Marketing Communications Employability Skills Prize by making a 30-second advert for a business of their choice, from the initial creative ideas through to editing.
Jess Turner, head of creative at Adnams, said it had been 'inspiring to see so many fresh and exciting ideas' from the competing students.
Norwich Business School's Dr Graham Manville said: 'Work-based learning competitions enable our students to gain vital skills and experience to help secure well-paying jobs, while participating employers benefit from being able to talent-spot their workforce of tomorrow.'
