Members of the public are invited to attend a meeting next month to discuss issues around crime in the Breckland district.

Norfolk Neighbourhood Watch has put together a Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) who will answer questions on how they are tackling issues in the area.

The panel include, the parish and Breckland councils, town pastors, neighbourhood watch, the safer neighbourhood police team and Norfolk county council's transport and highways department.

They will address issues about anti-social behaviour, graffiti, vandalism, drug issues, speeding and any other concerns.

The meeting will be held at Breckland Council chambers, behind Tesco in Dereham, between 7pm and 8.30pm on July 25.

Terry Cross, administrator of Norfolk Neighbourhood Watch, said the meetings are there to help keep people safe and allow agencies to connect with residents.
