The body of a man has been found this morning in Old Buckenham.
Although formal identification is yet to take place, the body is believed to be that of Nadeera De Silva, a doctor who lives in Stacksford near Old Buckenham.
Police were alerted today after a member of the public made the discovery shortly before 7am off Doe Lane.
The death is being treated as unexplained and a seal has been put in place, while enquiries continue.
The oncologist lived off a private road in the hamlet of Stacksford, which is just outside Old Buckenham.
Mr De Silva, 34, was reported missing on Monday March 7. His next-of-kin are being informed.
