A Norfolk photographer has been recognised by Europe's largest photographic association.
Belinda Buxton, from Wymondham, was crowned Event Photographer of the Year 2017 by The Societies of Photographers.
Miss Buxton staved off world renowned photographers to scoop the prestigious award at a dinner in London earlier this month.
Miss Buxton said she was 'over the moon' to have claimed her first award from the society after being selected from more than 13,000 entries from across the globe.
She said: 'It was a fantastic moment I will cherish for a long, long time. I still can't believe it, I'm over the moon.'
Miss Buxton specialises in weddings and family portraiture and is based in a studio in the Peter Williams Business Centre off Station Road.
