Noughties R&B favourite, Ashanti, will be heading to Norwich in March to put on a special concert at the Nick Rayns LCR.
The Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter will be performing at the University of East Anglia on Sunday, March 5, with doors opening from 7pm.
Ashanti, who is perhaps best known for her hit single, Foolish, first appeared on the music scene in 2002 with her self-titled debut album, which landed the number one spot on both the Billboard Top 200 and R&B album charts, selling more than 500,000 copies in one week.
As well as singing, Ashanti has also worked as a dancer, record producer and actress, appearing in popular films such as Coach Carter (2005) and John Tucker Must Die (2006) as well as on television shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
