Armed police were called to reports of a man carrying a suspected firearm in Great Yarmouth this afternoon.
Firearms officers, trained negotiators and a dog unit attended the incident in Dene Side at 12.30pm today, Sunday, December 18.
The man, in his 20s, with the suspected firearm emerged from the property and was arrested later in the afternoon.
An air weapon was seized and the man has been detained at Great Yarmouth police station for questioning.
