An ambulance and police arrived on scene after reports of a crash involving a bus and an elderly lady on her mobility scooter.
Teams were called at 10.22 this morning on Market Place in North Walsham after a bus, driving at a low speed, hit the scooter.
The ambulance team treated the woman, in her early 60s, for shock after the collision.
She was discharged at the scene and the ambulance left at 12.03pm.
