The air ambulance was called out to an elderly woman who had suffered a fall.
The incident in The Terrace, North Walsham, happened just before 9am on Thursday morning .
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was sent to the scene and landed at nearby Paston College.
A land ambulance was also sent. The woman, who was complaining of back and shoulder pain, was treated at the scene and then taken by land ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.
