Older people in Sprowston can find out about the services available to them at a series of workshops.
The sessions will be held in June and July, when a representative from Norfolk Age UK will outline what support and help they can get access to.
They will be held in Sprowston Library on Recreation Ground Road, and run from 10am until 1pm.
The next session is on Tuesday, June 12, and there will be one on Tuesday, July 10.
