Drivers travelling around Norwich this morning faced long delays on the A47 when a car crashed into a hedge.
Police were called shortly after 7am to reports of an accident involving a red Renault Megane Scenic.
It caused the A47 to be partially blocked in the Swaffham direction between the A140 and A11 junctions south of the city.
But there were long tailbacks along the A47 all the way to the A146 junction.
Police said there were no reported injuries and the road re-opened to traffic at 8.26am.
