The A47 has been re-opened at Hockering, near Dereham, following a serious crash involving a car and a lorry this morning.
Fire crews and paramedics were called to the crash, near the The Street junction, at around 7.10am.
The road was closed while investigators worked and there were delays in both directions.
Fire fighters freed a trapped casualty and one person was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with unknown injuries.
The road was re-opened by 1pm.
