A crash involving a car and a van blocked the A140 heading into Norwich.
Emergency services were called to the crash, at Newton Flotman, at 2.30pm. The crash, between a Ford Transit van and a Vauxhall Estate happened near the turning to Saxlingham Nethergate.
It meant the carriageway heading northwards, towards Norwich, was blocked. The road re-opened at 3.40pm.
Police said nobody appeared to have suffered serious injuries, but that oil had spilled on to the road.
Firefighters from Long Stratton went to the scene to clear up the spill.
