A stretch of the A140 at Aylsham is shut again this afternoon following a three-vehicle crash at about 4pm.
Police are believed to have closed the road from the roundabout at its junction with the B1145 Cawston road to the Banningham Road junction.
Ambulance crews are on scene, near the A140's junction with Burgh Road, tending to four people.
Two are believed to have minor injuries. Another two may need hospital treatment.
Four people were taken to hospital this morning after a two-vehicle crash at the A140's junction with the North Walsham B1145 junction which also blocked the road.
