Emergency services were called after a Mercedes-Benz crashed into the A11 central reservation barrier this morning.
The driver lost control on the southbound carriageway around 7.20am Thursday morning and had to be recovered after impacting on the barrier.
No injuries were sustained as a result of the crash but the road was temporarily blocked near the Hethel junction while police attended.
The car was recovered around 9.30am and traffic is now moving normally.
