Part of the A1067 has been reopened after a car crashed this morning in Guist, near Dereham.

Paramedics and the police were called to the collision at the B1110 Holt Road junction, near the clock tower, at 6.39am.

An ambulance service spokesman said: 'A man who we believe to be 25-years-old was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with a head injury.'

A silver Ssangyong Korando was involved and the road was blocked while the car was recovered. The road reopened at 2pm.
