A family-run bus company has announced that timetable changes are coming into effect, affecting coastal routes and evening journeys.

Sanders Coaches will introduce its Coasthopper CH1 winter timetable from November 1, with buses running hourly and finishing earlier from Monday to Saturday.

The Sunday services will run every 90 minutes.

The Coasthopper CH2 service will see the withdrawal of late evening journeys introduced earlier this year, including the 10.07pm service from North Walsham and the 11.05pm service from Cromer.

A spokesman for Sanders Coaches said: "Due to insufficient support over summer, the late journeys introduced earlier in the year from North Walsham at 22.07 and Cromer at 23.05 are unfortunately withdrawn.

"Apologies for any disappointment."

There are also changes to the number 34 service and the Saturday morning and evening journeys that previously started at Bacton will now begin at Ostend and Walcott.

Sanders Coaches said new winter timetable booklets would be available soon.
