A car burst into flames within a matter of minutes in a city centre car park.
The incident happened just after 3pm on Saturday at the Riverside Retail Car Park in Norwich, when the vehicle quickly became engulfed in flames within seven minutes.
One fire crew from Carrow attended the blaze.
Danielle Sheenan, the driver of the car, said: "The car went from smelling like plastic to then smoking and it was fully engulfed in flames within seven minutes."
Ms Sheenan, who owns Mea Cosmetics, said she was driving her mother’s car at the time and described the experience as "frightening."
She added that no one was injured or harmed in the blaze.
