Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash blocked a major road.
The collision happened on the A140 near Pulham Market at 4.35pm on Tuesday (September 1).
The road was completely blocked as emergency services including fire and police remained on scene.
An elderly man and a woman in her 50s were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.
A spokesman for the East Anglian Air Ambulance said: "Babcock Pilots landed the helicopter in a field at the scene.
"Doctor Jennifer, critical care paramedic Lee and supervisor doctor Brendan assisted the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) by helping to give both patients a full assessment and plan their onward care.
"Both patients were then transported to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by EEAST land ambulance teams for further treatment."
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service provided another update and said they also took a third person to the Norfolk and Norwich after assessing four patients
"We sent three ambulances, an ambulance officer vehicle, a critical care car and the East Anglian Air Ambulance to the scene," added the spokesman.
The road was reopened by 8.30pm the same night.
