A man is to stand trial this year for a campaign of harassment that forced an optician's store to close after being targeted.
Lukasz Jaworski, 33, faces allegations of repeatedly breaching a restraining order protecting a member of staff at Dipple and Conway on Castle Street in Norwich.
Police were called to the branch of the Norfolk opticians chain following reports of a man acting aggressively at the business.
The shop’s door and windows were smashed during the incident on July 28.
Jaworski, of no fixed abode, appeared at Norwich Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to criminal damage over the incident.
He also denied assaulting the deputy group manager of the business, Maciek Dudkiewicz, and breaching a restraining order preventing him from attending its Norwich premises.
Other allegations include visiting the opticians on July 15 and 16, damaging a sign and approaching a person he is banned from contacting.
Judge Anthony Bate remanded him to remain in prison until a trial set for November 16.
Jaworski also faces four other separate allegations that he damaged a series of vehicles which will be dealt with after his trial.
