Norfolk Homes has put forward its plans to build on land to the west of the A140 in Long Stratton.
The developer says its scheme will form part of phase two of the ongoing construction of almost 600 homes on the west side of the road.
A total of 76 homes would be included in the next stage if the proposals are backed by South Norfolk Council.
Eleven of the properties are earmarked for affordable housing, and Norfolk Homes say more affordable homes will be included across the wider development.
Every home will be fitted with an electric charging point and solar panels.
Plans by the developer also detail how each home will look.
The wider site, which includes the £47m bypass that was completed last year, is set to include close to 2,000 homes.
The plot earmarked for 600 houses was given planning permission in September 2023, before the developer purchased the site the following year.
A decision is expected to be made on the 76 homes scheme in due course.
