According to selling agent Sowerbys, the house on Hill Street has been "carefully improved over time", retaining a variety of character features throughout including original fireplaces, exposed floorboards and a bay window.

More recent improvements to the property include a newly installed gas boiler and re-roofing, which was completed in 2022.
