A Norfolk teenager has left his logistics job to run his successful web design business full time.
Oliver Chestney, from Dereham, has been building websites for small businesses since he was 15 years old, previously running his web design agency byoliver alongside his job as a transport administrator for Roger Warnes Transport in Great Dunham, near King's Lynn.
But now the 19-year-old has decided to take the leap and go full time after leaving his job at the end of May.
"I was getting customers in, but I was having to stay up really late and work weekends to meet demands," he said.
"I thought I couldn't grow it much more without taking some sort of action, so I had to leave unfortunately, because I did like the job.
"I'm focusing on small businesses, who don't want to pay thousands of pounds for a website.
"I take monthly payments, so they know that someone's working on their website every single month, making sure it's getting results."

Mr Chestney said it usually takes him about four weeks to create a website, working with his customers throughout the design process.
He started coding for fun when he was at Litcham High School, which he continued at City College Norwich while studying a Digital Production Design and Development course, which he said has since been renamed Software Development.
Since starting up byoliver, he has worked with a range of small businesses, from car detailers, to builders, and even a Brazilian Jujutsu academy in Norwich.
"The most common website for small businesses is the normal business website, which is £79 a month," he said.
"Businesses selling things online take a lot more maintenance and research, so they're usually about £119 a month for a shop website."
He is now converting the detached garage at his family home in Dereham into a dedicated office space for the business.
