Firefighters rushed to the rescue of a brood of ducklings after they fell down a drain.
The crew from Hunstanton was called out just after 7am on Wednesday, after a caller reported the mishap.
The witness added that a distressed mother duck was also spotted in the road nearby.
Crews arrived quickly at the scene on King's Lynn Road, which is close to the fire station.
Around 10 young birds were rescued from the drain unharmed before being returned to their mother.
Norfolk's fire log said the rescue was completed in seven minutes.
Hunstanton's duck population has increased in recent years, with many raising their young in gardens and green spaces in the resort.
An independent rescue service called Quackhouse Rescue was launched in the town in 2017, which also takes in and rehabilitates other birds before they are released back into the wild.
