Norfolk farmer in choir in Britain's Got Talent final

Ben Brooke, a four-generation farmer from the county, performed in the Hawkstone Farmers Choir on the show, which aired on May 23.

Originally Amanda Holden's "golden buzzer" act, the group once again stunned the judges, this time with a rendition of Bastille's hit, Pompeii.

They went on to win their semi-final, guaranteeing them a place in the final, which will air on ITV on May 30.

Simon Cowell, who missed the group's first audition due to illness, said: "You are one of the favourites to win.

"I love what you stand for - it might be quite annoying to see Jeremy Clarkson's smug face."

Holden added: "Farming touches every single person in this country.

"This choir has given you solace, joy, comfort and friendship, and all of that has created the most amazing music."

This year's new judge, KSI, described the group as one of the best choir acts he has ever heard.
