Armed police were called to a park on the outskirts of Norwich to reports of a man with a gun... which turned out to be a toy.
The incident happened at Breckland Road Park in Costessey at 3.21pm yesterday.
A spokeswoman for the force confirmed that officers were called to reports of a man with a gun in the park and attended the scene.
However, upon further inspection, it transpired that the "gun" was a toy.
"No arrests were made and the man in question was spoken to," she added.
