A popular city bar will be moving location, its owner has announced.
Butcher Bhoy, currently on Exchange Street in Norwich, will be relocated to the former Brewdog unit on Queen Street.
The news was announced by business owner, Marcus Pearcey, on Thursday evening.
The new site sits opposite another of his venues, Kerry's Bar.
It is understood that the site was purchased by Mr Pearcey shortly after the Brewdog chain fell into administration and the unit was closed.
He said: "We love Norwich, I'm so proud to announce that we are going to bring the very first pub I ever had, the Butcher Bhoy and give it this amazing platform to re-engineer itself on one of the busiest streets in Norwich opposite our other main bar, Kerry's."
An exact date for the move to be completed has not been confirmed, but it is hoped to be finalised soon.
He continued: "We are pushing really hard to get open for World Cup this summer.
A big, big, thank you to all the existing customers of Butcher Bhoy, looking forward to welcoming you down here."
It is not known what will replace the current site of the Butcher Bhoy unit on Exchange Street.
