A café is up for sale after opening 15 months ago.
Cosy Café in Harleston, run by Rhiannon Jaye and her mother Michelle, launched last March and offers buffets, afternoon teas and sweet treats.
After pouring their "hearts and souls" into turning the café into what it is today, the pair has decided it has taken a toll on them financially and physically.
"We have also come to the realisation that mum has taken on too much for her health to handle and I can’t put in as much as I would like alongside my young family," Rhiannon said.
"We do not regret a single thing, and have met the most incredible people along the way, many of whom we now call close friends."
Rhiannon is hopeful that someone will take it over and "love it as much as them".
She added: "We would like to thank all our customers and staff for their support and hope they will continue to support us until we close but selling could be a long process, so we will continue to operate as usual until then."
